LifeStyle has unveiled a new affordable line of homes we’re calling our Classics Collection. The goal of this collection is to deliver to our homebuyers a new-fashioned, superior-built, brand-new home at a reasonable price point.  

Each of the three home plans in this collection exude a modern-coastal aesthetic with clean lines and a polished paint palette. Homebuyers of our Classics line will have the opportunity to select from four professionally curated interior finishes suites. And while most home features will be pre-selected, buyers will have the opportunity to add their personal touch by choosing from a few select options of cabinets, fixtures, front-door styles, and others.

The Walker’s Cay

At 1,925 square feet, the Walker’s Cay has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a two-car garage. It’s a modern great room plan with open-concept kitchen. The master features a decorative tray ceiling, as well as a nice-sized walk-in closet. This is the only plan in the Classics Collection that has two elevation options.

The Eleuthera
$350,900 Brevard / $360,900 Indian River County
Just over 2,000 square feet, the Eleuthera is a four-bedroom, three bathroom, two-car garage home—an ideal size for a growing family. Its layout mimics the Walker’s Cay, but the added bathroom makes it an even better plan for busy families, or for those who want a private bathroom for guests.

The Treasure Cay
$353,900 Brevard / $363,900 Indian River County
The Treasure Cay is the largest in the Classics Collection and boasts four bedrooms plus private study, three bathrooms, and a two-car garage. It sits at 2,100 square feet. It too showcases a modern open-concept layout, allowing the foyer, dining room, and great room to seamlessly flow into one another.  

All homes feature double-pane windows, however homebuyers will be given the option to upgrade the entire home to impact glass for $10,000.
