LifeStyle Homes was named a finalist in Florida Today’s signature “Volunteer Recognition Awards.” The 26th-annual event took place at the Bernard Simpkins Fine Art Center at Eastern Florida State College in Cocoa.

LifeStyle Homes Wins Platinum Award at Spring 2017 Parade of Homes
Thank you to the judges of the Brevard County Parade of Homes for selecting LifeStyle Homes as a Platinum Award winner. LifeStyle walked away with top honors in our price category during the Homebuilders and Contractors Association (HBCA) of Brevard Parade of Homes awards gala.
The Spring 2017 Parade represents the second time LifeStyle Homes has entered our St. Thomas at Seville model home in the competition. We continue to be proud of this model home which showcases standout architectural features, intricate details at every turn, and innovative technology.
The model also landed the Best Feature award for its 7.98 roof-integrated solar system. The solar system blends into the home’s tile roof to create electricity to run the entire household.

LifeStyle Homes: Winner of Keep Brevard Beautiful’s 2015 Sustainability Award in Developer & Builder Category
Keep Brevard Beautiful selects LifeStyle —once again— as the recipient of its Developer & Builder Sustainability Award
During the fourth-annual Riverfest, Keep Brevard Beautiful honored LifeStyle Homes with this wonderful award for our deployment of LifeStyle SunSmart℠, as well as our commitment to building clean and sustainable solar-powered homes throughout the Space Coast. LifeStyle Homes: Winner of Best Net Zero Home in North America
The Net Zero Energy Coalition cites the St. Croix model from LifeStyle Homes as North America’s Best Net Zero Production Home of the Year!
We are extremely proud to have won this prestigious award in a Canadian competition as the only non-Canadian entry for our Capron Ridge, Tralee Bay Estates model home (since sold). The judges commented on the fact that this home delivers true net-zero-energy performance in an architectural package that makes it totally compatible with the conventional up-scale homes that surround it. The St. Croix is not an expensive one-off custom home designed to win a competition, rather a home designed to compete for sale with similarly priced conventional homes in its market. It is entirely reachable by mainstream American consumers, which makes it an especially remarkable achievement.
