Builder launches Indialantic sales center to serve beachside residents
LifeStyle Homes, Inc. is opening doors to a new home sales center on Fifth Avenue in Indialantic. This new location marks the builder’s first beachside sales center in its 30 years in business in Brevard County.
The Indialantic location is poised to serve home buyers wishing to build new residences in Brevard County beachside cities/towns including Melbourne Beach, Indialantic, Indian Harbour Beach, Satellite Beach, Cocoa Beach, and Cape Canaveral.
“As LifeStyle continues to evolve into the semi-custom and custom home market, expanding our sales presence to beachside home buyers just makes sense,” explains Jordan Luhn, CEO of LifeStyle Homes. “Our current array of offerings – including smaller-footprint homes in our Traditional Collection, to larger homes in our Estate Collection, to truly custom homes – means we have something to offer nearly every type of beachside buyer.”
The Indialantic sales center will be anchored by Leslie Brecken, a LifeStyle new home sales specialist, who will help home buyers either select and personalize their dream home from LifeStyle’s portfolio of home plans, or design a truly custom home through LifeStyle’s Custom Home Division.
Brecken, along with LifeStyle’s other sales specialists, can also help home buyers find and secure property if need be.
