We love our new LifeStyle house in Cocoa Beach! We feel very fortunate to be in a position to build a new house, and it’s everything we dreamed of.

We want to especially thank Dan Coe for his supervision during the last half of our build. As you know, Tom Dutton started our house, and Dan had the difficult job of picking things up in mid-stream. He ran a right ship and got things done. We really liked how he gave us two separate opportunities for walk-throughs to get everything tidied up. His voice carries authority with the subcontractors. 😀 (Of course, Tom also did a great job!)”
