We at LifeStyle Homes are celebrating the completion of our 250^th LifeStyle SunSmart℠ home! We couldn’t be happier to have built this milestone home for such a wonderful family – Mark and Beth Adams, and their adorable daughter Lily. The Adams family chose our Bimini home plan with some special modifications for their Indialantic property.

Please provide a little background on yourselves.
Beth is originally from Alabama and Mark is originally from Mississippi. We will have been married for 15 years this August. This is our second time living in Brevard. We lived here originally from 2004 to 2009. We moved back to the area in 2012 from New Jersey. We have one daughter, Lily, who is 3, and one dog, Riley, who is a 6-year-old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel.

Why did you decide to build with LifeStyle Homes?
We were familiar with LifeStyle Homes from our first stay in Brevard and really liked the models that we looked at. We wanted a quality home that was affordable but also customizable to our tastes.

How important to you are the energy-saving SunSmart℠ features of your new home?
The energy saving features are very important to us and we’re looking forward to reaping the benefits of the SunSmart℠ features.

What attracted you to the Bimini floor plan, and what modifications did you make?
We needed a home that would fit on our lot in Indialantic and really liked the Bimini models located in Harmony, so we decided to build one beachside. The house has numerous changes, especially upstairs, where we created a master retreat that spans the entire back of the house. We added a three-car garage with a bonus room and additional bedroom over the garage. We also added an office downstairs.

What are you looking forward to most about living in your new home?
We really like the neighborhood and the proximity to the beach and Fifth Avenue in Indialantic. Beth is excited to have a room dedicated to her crafts and Mark is looking forward to his new office.
