It’s no secret that Jessica and Greg Oleksinski have their hands full. In addition to getting settled into their brand-new LifeStyle home on an offsite property in Melbourne, the young couple is parents to two adorable girls (who the LifeStyle office staff enjoyed doting on)! We’re grateful they were able to take the time to tell a bit about their building experience with LifeStyle Homes. Read on to get to know the Oleksinski family.
LSH: Please tell a bit about yourself. Are you from the Melbourne area?
JGO: Jessica was raised in Melbourne since the age of 5, and Greg is originally from Michigan. We have two kids, Bella and Grace, and one dog named Geo. Greg’s hobbies include anything electronic, while Jessica enjoys everything involving music.
LSH: When did you officially move into your LifeStyle home?
JGO: Moved in September 27th.
LSH: What have you enjoyed most so far about living in your new home?
JGO: Our primary shower that is double in size with a rain shower head.
LSH: Why did you and your husband decide the Capri home plan was right for you, and what do you love most about the plan?
JGO: We decided the Capri was the best fit because it offered four-bedrooms and three-bathroom at the least expensive price.
LSH: Did you make any modifications?
JGO: Too many! We added a three-car garage and added two-foot bumps to the entire back of the house and primary bedroom. We also knocked out the wall to the kitchen to create an even more open floor plan. We enclosed the formal living room to become our office and added glass doors for an entrance. Not to mention every door in the main living area is 8-foot tall. We enclosed the back porch and made it into a Florida room for our dog, Geo. The biggest change we made to the original plan was adding an entire attached guest house.
LSH: What ultimately made you decide to build with LifeStyle Homes?
JGO: We really liked the energy-efficient (LifeStyle SunSmart℠) homes that LifeStyle provides. Also, the quality of your work speaks itself. I never heard one bad comment from anyone I asked when doing research on the company.
LSH: What was your building experience like with LifeStyle Homes?
JGO: The building experience was long, but worth the wait because we had our own lot that needed to be cleared and have a lot of fill. Our supervisor, Carl, was a great help and always responded to our concerns promptly. We love our new home and are happy we chose LifeStyle to build it.
From the entire LifeStyle team, we’re super happy you love your new home, Jessica and Greg. Enjoy raising your daughters in your new LifeStyle home!
