When it comes to LifeStyle’s portfolio of home plans, time and time again our customers gravitate toward the Monterey I and the St. Croix for a multitude of reasons. Whether it’s their ample space, versatility, or smart aesthetics, these two home plans stand out as favorites among LifeStyle homebuyers.

The Santa Cruz—the latest design to emerge from our drafting team—blends the most-requested structural changes of both of these home plans to create a perfect hybrid of the two. It features the great room space that our homeowners love about the St. Croix, along with the office/den and traditional family room of the Monterey.

Like both plans, the Santa Cruz is a split plan featuring four bedrooms—including a grandiose master bedroom—as well as three guest/kids’ bedrooms. A luxury spa master bathroom with his-and-her vanities, a walk-in shower, and soaking bathtub comes standard in the master suite, while two additional bathrooms serve the guest wing of the home. The Santa Cruz’s three-car garage, meanwhile, offers generous vehicle and storage space.

Overall, the Santa Cruz lives large. Ceiling heights range from 10-feet to 12-feet, and both the dining room/great room area, as well as the traditional family room feature decorative tray ceilings.

The kitchen—the hub of the home—is centralized and oversized. With unobstructed views to the dining room/great room and the family room, the family chef can stay involved and keep an eye on family happenings while preparing a nice meal.

Along with rolling out the Santa Cruz floor plan, we’ve also rolled out two elevations to go along.

Santa Cruz – Elevation A

Elevation A (pictured left) introduces a Mediterranean style. An arched entryway with rounded columns offers a stylish air. Ample trim work found on this elevation brings visual interest and an added layer of dimension to the front of the home.

Santa Cruz – Elevation B

Elevation B (pictured right) showcases a craftsman style with hardi shake siding which offers a unique spin on traditional Florida architecture. It also includes triple columns with lovely stonework that anchors the Santa Cruz’s front porch.
