LifeStyle Homes has formed partnerships with local realtors to offer land + new LifeStyle home packages throughout Brevard County. Otherwise known as our “to-be-built” listings, these properties allow our homebuyers the opportunity to build a LifeStyle home on a beautiful piece of land outside of our designated communities — for one packaged price.

Like always, we are always happy to build a LifeStyle home on a piece of land that our customers already own. But, for customers who do not already own land, our to-be-built listings may be a great option.

Because Brevard County is so diverse, you will see that our to-be-built listings include a range of price points, property sizes, and locations. Whether you want a multi-acre property in rural Malabar; a downtown Melbourne property that puts you in the heart of Brevard’s best shopping and dining; or a Melbourne Beach piece of paradise that allows you to wake up to sights, sounds, and smells of the ocean, we have amassed a variety of options.

We understand that living in a deed-restricted and/or gated community isn’t for everyone. That said, many of our to-be-built listings are on properties outside of traditional subdivisions. Others, meanwhile, are located within subdivisions that are not designated LifeStyle communities.

Keep in mind, too, that the LifeStyle home plan associated with each to-be-built listing is more or less a starting point. Meaning, if you are interested in one of our to-be-built listings, but would rather choose a different home than we have selected, you are welcome to do so.

And, when you browse through the listings, be sure to pay attention to the upgraded features — like granite countertops and paver driveways — that are included with many of the listings.
