Indian River County builder awarded for Cross Creek Lake Estates and Huntington Place model homes
West Melbourne, FL – LifeStyle Homes received multiple honors at the Treasure Coast Builders Association (TCBA) Parade of Homes awards ceremony held on April 12, 2016 at the St. Lucie Trail Golf Club in Port St. Lucie.
The Parade took place from March 11-16. It marked LifeStyle’s first time entering the TCBA Parade of Homes since opening two model homes in the Indian River County market. Both of these homes—the St. Croix at Cross Creek Lake Estates in Sebastian, and the Santa Cruz at Huntington Place in Vero Beach—were selected out of a pool of 15 homes as winning homes.
Specifically, LifeStyle’s Cross Creek Lake Estates model home was recognized as a Platinum Award winner in the $300,000-$400,000 category.
LifeStyle’s Huntington Place model home was recognized as a Platinum Award winner in the $400,000-$500,000 category. In addition, this model home received the on-the-spot Merit Award for Best Kitchen, the Grand Award for the $400,000-$500,000 category, as well as the People’s Choice Award. (The Grand Award and People’s Choice Award are the top awards a builder can receive in this competition.)
