Thank you to the judges of the Brevard County Parade of Homes for selecting LifeStyle Homes as a Platinum Award winner. LifeStyle walked away with top honors in our price category during the Homebuilders and Contractors Association (HBCA) of Brevard Parade of Homes awards gala held last Friday evening.

The Spring 2017 Parade represents the second time LifeStyle Homes has entered our St. Thomas at Seville model home in the competition. We continue to be proud of this model home which showcases standout architectural features, intricate details at every turn, and innovative technology.

The model also landed the Best Feature award for its 7.98 roof-integrated solar system. The solar system blends into the home’s tile roof to create electricity to run the entire household.
