Seville at Addison Village: LifeStyle Homes is thrilled to be a preferred builder in this exciting Viera neighborhood. Located off of Lake Andrew Drive (head south at the roundabout – near Quest Elementary School), Seville is comprised of 49 home sites. It’s part of a walkable village concept that will soon feature a town center, as well as a community pool, clubhouse, and tennis facilities.
The land is cleared and the roads are paved. Take a drive around Seville if you get a chance. Upon entry, you’ll notice builders’ model homes going up. LifeStyle’s model—the St. Thomas (modified)—on lot 16 is moving along nicely. It’s scheduled for completion in July.

If you drive by Wesley Groves today, you’ll notice land preparation is underway. The land is cleared, dirt is moving, and the community’s infrastructure being put in place by Matthew Development. We’re currently estimating a June ground breaking of our Wesley Groves model home.
