LifeStyle Homes will be hosting two big events at our 4 Lakes model home this week. Located at 4705 Four Lakes Circle SW, Vero Beach, our brand-new Monterey model will be open to the area’s real estate professionals on Thursday evening, followed by a grand opening celebration, open to the public, on Saturday afternoon.

At each event, guests are invited to tour the fully-decorated LifeStyle Monterey, mingle, and enjoy hors d’oeuvres, beer and wine, giveaways, and gift basket raffles. LifeStyle team members, along with our Dale Sorensen Real Estate partners, will be on-hand to answer questions on living in a LifeStyle home, including the life-changing benefits of living in a solar-powered home.

ALIVE AT FIVE: On Thursday, November 10^th, from 5 p.m. – 7 p.m., Indian River County Realtor Association members are invited to the monthly “Alive at Five” networking event at LifeStyle’s 4 Lakes model home, presented in partnership with FBC Mortgage. The event will be Caribbean inspired with island-influenced décor, foods, and entertainment. You won’t want to miss this.

GRAND OPENING: The Grand Opening of 4 Lakes will be held on Saturday, November 12^th, from noon – 3 p.m. LifeStyle Homes invites everyone in the area to stop by the model home for food and drinks, then take a leisurely walk or drive around 4 Lakes. This wonderful, estate-style community has many lakefront home sites available.
