LifeStyle has a big week this week. Our model home in Seville at Addison Village is opening up just in time for the Parade of Homes!

The HBCA’s Fall Parade of Homes starts this Saturday, October 15^th, and runs through October 23^rd.  There are a total of 12 entries this year, including LifeStyle’s brand-new Seville model home.

We are thrilled to be debuting our St. Thomas home plan in this brand-new Viera neighborhood. The model home stands at 4,470 (total) square feet and showcases a West Indies flair. It pulls out all the stops in terms of upscale design. Standout features include wood-look tile in all main living areas, luxurious cabinetry and quartz countertops, inventive trimwork, tongue-and-groove ceilings, a modern and welcoming fireplace, pavered lanai with stunning pool and spa, tile rooftop, and professional décor and merchandising by Masterpiece Design Group.

LifeStyle’s Seville model also features a 7.98 KW solar system integrated into the home’s rooftop. Unlike traditional solar homes, this home foregoes large panels affixed to the rooftop and instead employs solar tiles that actually replace certain roof tiles. The solar roof tiles work like traditional solar panels, harnessing the power of the sun to produce clean energy and drastically reduce the home’s electric bills.

On the evening of October 20^th (during the week of the Parade), LifeStyle Homes will be hosting a Grand Opening of our Seville model home. The Grand Opening will be held in partnership with our neighbors, Joyal Homes, Amek Homes, and Stanley Homes as a celebration of the launch of Seville.
