The Capri is smart. It’s modern. It’s functional. And at 2,776 (total) square feet, it is the ideal size for most families. Even better, it boasts four bedrooms and three bathrooms, offering flexible space for a range of living needs.
No wonder then that the Capri has remained one of LifeStyle’s most popular home plans for quite some time. You may recall that the Capri was selected for LifeStyle’s first SunSmart℠ home built in 2009. Today, it continues to do very well, and for good reason.
Let’s start with the master suite. The master bedroom alone is abundantly spacious with lots of natural light pouring in from the room’s sliding-glass door that leads to the adjacent covered rear porch. Its master bathroom features a double-sink vanity, a walk-in shower, a soaking bathtub, as well as one of the largest walk-in closets we offer. (Seriously, check out that closet!)
Opposite the master suite you’ll find the guest/kids’ bedroom wing. Here, three bedrooms with two full-sized bathrooms means that each family member can enjoy privacy, peace and quiet.

While the Capri’s time-honored elevation (Elevation A) is still available, our design and drafting team recently unveiled two new elevations.
Elevation B (pictured left) exudes a Mediterranean aesthetic. With its arched and curved facade, round columns, and light stonework, the Capri Elevation B conveys a certain warmth and softness.
Elevation C (pictured below) take a different approach. It showcases a craftsman style that is becoming increasing popular. Sharper lines, more pronounced corbels, and a defined front porch with decorative railing give the traditional Capri whole new look and feel.
The Capri featuring Elevation A is available for viewing on Emerson Drive in Palm Bay. Soon, the Capri featuring Elevation C will be available to view in Pineda Springs as this is the home we have selected to build as our DOE Zero Energy Ready Home.
