As the first home plan to emerge from our new line of 50-foot-wide home plans, the St. Vincent is smart and stylish. It is designed to fit effortlessly on lots that are too wide for our Traditional Collection of homes (40-foot-wide homes) and too narrow our Estate Collection of homes (60-foot-wide homes). Specifically, it’s an ideal home plan for certain lots in Cross Creek Lake Estates, Huntington Place, and your own pieces of land throughout Brevard and Indian River counties.

While the St. Vincent may be a bit of a smaller footprint than our typical Estate Collection of homes, it certainly does not forego the amount of formal and casual living spaces that LifeStyle homebuyers tend to love. With four bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms, and a two-car garage, the St. Vincent offers plenty of living space for large families. Its guest bedroom wing boasts three bedrooms – two of which have walk-in closets – as well as two bathrooms.
The family gathering spaces closely mimic LifeStyle’s super-popular St. Croix and St. Kitts home plans, with a great room just beyond the foyer, as well as a formal dining room and casual dining nook on each side of a modern kitchen.
The master suite also encompasses an entire wing of the home, and is finished with a grand master bedroom with tray ceilings, his-and-hers walk-in closets, dual vanities, a large linen closet, and walk-in master shower.

Along with rolling out this new floor plan, our design and drafting team also rolled out two elevations to accompany it. A Mediterranean appearance is represented in Elevation A , while Craftsman influences are showcased in Elevation B.
As mentioned, the St. Vincent is the first of our new 50-foot-wide line of homes that LifeStyle will soon be unveiling. Look for two more one-story plans, as well as a genuine two-story plan that is quite different from anything we currently offer, to be released soon.
