As a new builder in Indian River County, LifeStyle Homes was proud to have two model homes to showcase in last week’s Treasure Coast Parade of Homes. Even better, the LifeStyle team walked away with two Platinum Awards, plus a Merit Award for Best Kitchen!

Our Cross Creek Lake Estates model home in Sebastian (St. Croix home plan) and our Huntington Place model home in Vero Beach (Santa Cruz home plan) were both entered in the 2016 Parade of Homes. Both of these homes were honored at the Platinum level by Parade judges for their superior design and craftsmanship. Additionally, an on-the-spot Merit Award for “Best Kitchen” was awarded to our Huntington Place model home for its open, functional concept and smart aesthetics.

During the Parade, attendees and judges were exposed to LifeStyle’s advanced building techniques. Both homes entered are solar-powered, zero-energy homes—meaning these homes produce more power than they consume. Even better, our Cross Creek model home had LifeStyle’s Tesla—a fully electric vehicle (EV)—charging in the garage with excess energy produced by the home’s solar system!

Our participation in the Treasure Coast Parade of Homes once again solidifies our company commitment to build sustainable, energy-saving LifeStyle SunSmart℠ and solar-powered homes for residents of Sebastian and Vero Beach.

If you didn’t have a chance to tour these two model homes during the Parade, feel free to stop by at your leisure. Both are open seven days a week, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Mondays through Saturdays; noon to 5 p.m. on Sundays. And if you would like more information on living in one of our “homes of the future,” please give us a call at (321) 727-8188 ext. 2.
