We at LifeStyle Homes would like to take a moment to say THANK YOU to all of our customers, subcontractors, and partners for another wonderful year! As we reflect on 2014, we recall a year filled with many highlights—and we only have YOU to thank for it all. For that, we are infinitely grateful.

This year was very special for us. As many of you know, 2014 marked LifeStyle Homes’ 30^th year in business. Throughout our history, we have experienced many ups and some downs, so to round out this milestone year on a high note is just plain wonderful.

As we look forward to 2015 and beyond, we have our sights set on some pretty cool goals. As we previously announced, we will complete our first Department of Energy (DOE) Zero-Energy Ready Home. This “home of the future” will give Brevard County residents a taste of the high standards of which homes of the year 2020 will be built.

In conjunction with this, we’ll also be continuing our push for more energy-independence among all our customers. Each one of our homes will continue to be built to our LifeStyle SunSmart℠ specifications to reduce our homeowners’ electricity bills by at least 40%. Additionally, we will continue to demonstrate the power of solar energy through our model homes and corporate electric vehicle (EV).

But of course, we are homebuilders first. In 2015, we will be rolling out new software to help streamline our customers’ building processes. We will be showcasing innovative new home plans, and as our local community grows, we will be starting construction in many gorgeous new developments.

All that said, we’re once again back to where this blog post started. The LifeStyle Homes’ team is truly humbled by our customers for choosing us to build their dream homes, and truly thankful for our subcontractors and partners who work side-by-side with us year after year. We know we would not be here without you, and that’s something we will never take for granted.
