LifeStyle Homes is the proud winner of the 2019 Diamond Award presented by the Homebuilders and Contractors Association (HBCA) of Brevard.

The honor was bestowed on LifeStyle at the award ceremony banquet held Thursday evening, March 21^st, at the Hilton Rialto Place in Melbourne.

This was a special Parade of Homes for LifeStyle Homes as our Viera community, Valencia at Addison Village, was selected as the Showcase Community. Valencia was featured throughout the Parade and its Showcase Community designation brought lots of visitors to tour the neighborhood and our award-winning model home.

The LifeStyle St. Martin in Valencia is 4,642 square feet with three bedrooms plus bonus room and private study, three bathrooms, and a three-car garage. It features gorgeous hardwood floors, Dacor® appliances, Cambria® quartz countertops, and showstopping furniture and décor. The lanai has a pool, spa, and summer kitchen. It also features an 8.83 KW integrated solar system and electric-car charging station in the garage.

One of its standout features, a wine wall cabinet that divides the foyer and dining room (pictured right) was selected by the judges as the home’s standout feature.
