Through the partnerships with LifeStyle Homes and Indian River Sight and Sound, TiO will be a standard feature included in all LifeStyle-built homes in Seville at Addison Village, located in Viera, Florida. The TiO system includes security, lighting, thermostat, and cameras with the capability to expand as the homeowner desires. In addition, LifeStyle Homes and Indian River Sight and Sound are offering TiO to LifeStyle’s 14 other communities. A LifeStyle Homes’ model featuring TiO is now available for viewing at Seville.
